About Lottie

I have always been a keen sports woman and played football from a young age. I was unfortunate to suffer with various injuries which I believe is what started my fascination with the human body.

I studied Sports Therapy at the University of Bedfordshire and graduated in 2016 with a First Class Honours Degree. Whilst at University, I gained my Level 3 Personal Training Certificate. I have continued my studies by completing further CPD courses in the following; Kinesiology Taping, Medical Acupuncture and Myofascial Cupping Therapy.

I am a passionate, hands on Therapist that lives and breathes health and fitness. I am always striving to learn and know more, and finding ways to help you Feel Better, Move Better and Be Better!

About ADAM

Growing up I’ve always taken part in multiple sports and was active into my teens. When it came to furthering my education after school I was stuck with what to do so followed what I enjoyed and picked a sports based course.

From there I went on to study Sports Therapy at University College Birmingham and graduated in 2011. Since leaving University I have taken many roles within sport including p.e lessons for primary school children after school clubs and more recently and currently swim teaching.

Since starting with Lottie at Better Bodies I have regained my passion for treatment and helping individuals from all types of injuries. I can’t wait to see you all in clinic helping you Feel Better, Move Better and Be Better.

About Ella

Growing up I was a very injury prone child (sorry Mum and Dad) which resulted in many injuries through no fault of my own. After many years of attending my own physiotherapy appointments, I wanted to make a difference to others in the same position as myself.

Whilst studying Sports Therapy at the University of Northampton I completed my placement with MK Dons Girls Academy and enjoyed it so much I never left. This has sparked my interest in rehabilitation and helping people return to sport and their day-to-day activities.

I look forward to seeing you in the clinic and helping you Feel Better, Move Better and Be Better.
