Whether that is for specific exercise or sport purposes, or for daily life activities, then come and join us to learn more! • 🤓 Each workshop will address a different body area, including theory and practical elements, involving: ✔️ A breakdown of the anatomy involved – joints and muscles. ✔️ The expected movement and mechanics of the body area. ✔️ And exercises and drills to help increase mobility. • ❓ Do you need to improve your elbow and wrist mobility?
